Review of Roboform (Advantages, Disadvantages, and How To Use It)

What is Roboform?

Roboform is a password managing, form-filling, software that plugs into your internet browser. It is the most popular form filling application and a trusted way to keep from forgetting your passwords. In this age where your whole life is linked to the web, your passwords are just as important and personal as your social security number. The problem is, while you only have to keep up with one social security number, its pretty easy to acquire over 50 different accounts. This is where Roboform comes in. It saves your passwords when you create a new account so you don't have to remember it. Your information is then protected by one master password.

The reason I use Roboform is for its form-filling capabilities. You enter in information like your address, gender, name, and other information generally requested for signing up for things. This especially helps when your filling out 5 sweepstakes applications a day.

Advantages

This tool has truly made my life a little bit easier. I don't have to spend much time filling out forms anymore. I'd say it's cut my form filling time in half. I haven't saved very many passwords on it but it's saved me a few times from having to reset.

Disadvantages

• You have to pay for it after the 30 day trial.

I know I can't expect everything to be free, but Roboform isn't something that is essential to my life. Also $30 is quite a high price in my opinion.
